My body image coaching combines evidence-based psychological techniques—like Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—with fitness, health, and nutrition tools. The result: a sustainable and transformative journey that nurtures both body and mind.

Focus: Retrospection & awareness

This first phase helps you step out of autopilot and see clearly how your body image is impacting your confidence, performance, and energy.
​
You’ll uncover the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that are undermining your focus, productivity, and self-esteem. These insights will reveal the amount of energy and efficiency lost by internal pressure or critique.

It’s the foundation needed to initiate change. ​
2 / Reform
6-month program
Focus: Cognitive reprogramming & behavioral change
​
Once you’ve identified your patterns of emotions, thoughts and actions triggered by self-critique and/or body shame, this second phase helps you actively challenge and replace the mental loops that fuel self-criticism and body dissatisfaction.

You’ll master an objective approach to analyse personal patterns and learn how to use evidence-based tools to break and replace them, rebuilding confidence, boundaries, and self-respect.

It’s the mental shift and emotional regulation needed for transformation.
3 / Revive
9-month program
Focus: Integration & internalisation
​
This final phase focuses on consolidating your progress and embedding it into your daily life. You'll internalise the mindset and habits to support your growth—so that no matter the external challenges, your internal foundation remains strong.
​
This last part concerns your long-term strategy: how to sustain your new patterns, how to manage setbacks, and how to handle pressure without relapse.
​
It’s the final point needed for solid self-esteem, resilience, and a relationship with your body that supports—not sabotages—your ambition.
